• Rides scheduled for the same dates as a previously sanctioned ride must be at least 300 miles away.

• Rides less than 300 miles away from a previously sanctioned ride must be at least two (2) weeks apart. 

At least 2 ride veterinarians are required and must be named on the application.

Proof of insurance coverage will be sent upon request as soon as application is received.

• Additional copies of supplemental insurance are sent if requested.

Sanctioning fee is $2.00 per STARTING rider.

• ​Sanctioning fees are due within 60 days of ride or by December 1st, whichever comes first.

• Post-ride, sanctioning fees can be paid by clicking/scanning the QR code below, or by mailing a check made payable to SEERA to 934 Cannock Street, Grovetown, GA 30813

You have the option to request the SEERA scales at your ride. Please note that this does not guarantee scale availability, as this is a volunteer-run program. 

By requesting the scales, you agree to provide the following to the scale transport team if they are able to bring the scales to your ride:

• Preferential parking near the vet check/crew area

• One meal ticket per meal that is served to volunteers
